Light A Video is a groundbreaking solution that achieves temporally smooth video relighting without the need for training. Using advanced AI technology, it transforms your videos with consistent and natural lighting effects.
Light A Video is a training-free method for temporally smooth video relighting. Adapted from the image relighting model, Light A Video introduces two key techniques to enhance lighting consistency. First, we design a consistent light attention (CLA) module, which enhances the cross-frame interactions within the self-attention layer to stabilize the generation of background light sources. Second, leveraging the physical principle of light transport independence, we apply linear blending between the appearance of the source video and the relighted appearance, using a progressive light fusion (PLF) strategy to ensure smooth temporal transitions of lighting. Experiments show that Light A Video can improve the temporal consistency of the relighted video while maintaining image quality, ensuring coherent lighting transitions across frames.

Light A Video uses a sophisticated deep learning architecture that combines temporal consistency networks with progressive light fusion. It analyzes each frame's lighting conditions while maintaining cross-frame coherence, ensuring smooth and natural lighting transitions throughout the video sequence.
For optimal performance, we recommend a system with at least an NVIDIA GPU with 8GB VRAM, though the model can run on lower specifications at reduced speeds. For CPU-only systems, processing will take significantly longer. The web demo version runs on our cloud infrastructure, requiring only a modern web browser.
Light A Video performs best with videos that have clear subjects and consistent frame quality. It works particularly well with indoor scenes, portrait videos, and professional footage. While it can handle most video types, extremely dark or overexposed videos might see limited improvement.
Yes, one of Light A Video's key features is its advanced temporal consistency mechanism. The model uses a specialized attention network that tracks lighting changes across frames, ensuring smooth transitions and preventing flickering or sudden lighting changes in the output video.
The web demo supports videos up to 30 seconds and 1080p resolution. For the full version, you can process videos of any length, though they may be processed in segments for optimal performance. Maximum resolution support depends on your hardware capabilities, with 4K support available on high-end systems.
Yes, Light A Video is designed to enhance lighting while respecting the original artistic direction. The model includes parameters for controlling the enhancement intensity, allowing users to find the perfect balance between improvement and preservation of the original lighting style.
